Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is one of the three main processes involved in project quality management. Which include quality planning and quality control. Quality assurance is the periodically evaluating overall project performance to ensure the project will satisfy the relevant standards.
Quality assurance involves previously evaluating overall project performance to ensure the project ill satisfy the relevant quality standards. The quality assurance process involves taking responsibility for quality during the project as well as at end of the project. Senior management must take the lead in emphasizing the roles all employees play in quality assurance, especially senior managers' roles.
Benchmarking
A technique used to generate ideas for quality improvements by comparing specific practices or product characteristics to those of other projects or products within or outside the performing organization.
Quality audits
Structured reviews of specific quality management activities that help identify lessons learned and can improve performance on current or future projects.
Delivered effectively (on time, on budget, reliable maintainable)
Meets goals (as defined by the user)
