What is a critical incident?
A critical incident is a description of an interpersonal situation that took place while you were interacting with a person (or people) from a culture other than your own.
1. Identify the event or situation as clearly as possible, stating the problem to be solved, the issue involved and the relevant circumstances surrounding the event (What? When? Where? How? Why?)
