Islam grew as a religion very quickly, the main reason for this was because of its five pillars .It spread swiftly because the original Arab Muslims conquered many countries and then taught Islam there. Then the Muslims learned more from the people that they conquered so the religion became even more enriched. Later on the Turks came and conquered many Muslim countries and then they would often convert to Islam. Throughout this essay I will talk more about the five pillars and will explain in depth why that caused so many people to convert to Islam.
The five pillars are a set of rules that all Muslim people follow. They are the guidelines establishing what a member of the Islam religion must do. The first pillar is called Shahada. This pillar states that Allah is the one and only true god and that Muhammad is the true prophet of Allah.
