The process the Maybach's used has five stages of team development for getting to know one another personalities strengths and weaknesses. In this stage we discussed each others strengths and weaknesses and decided what assets each individual felt they could contribute to the success of the team. This has actually helped us to come up with group expectations as well as individual roles and responsibilities. In addition, the second stage of development which is storming our roles and responsibilities have not been compromised because each member carries out their initial roles and assigned duties.
The third stage of development coincides with the second stage of development, after establishing rules roles and responsibilities. We are continuing to learn each others temperaments and become a winning team together our roles are at a consensus form and we have envisioned our team as being the "top of the line." We have high expectations of each other which contributes to the success that we intend to have as a team.
In the performance stage we have respect and trust for one another we have not experienced any miscommunication or incomplete performances on any ones' behalf. We try to always be considerate of each others schedules and coordinate our conference time where it is accommodating to each member.
