It is late, and there are no streetlights, why does the senor want to go out? He wants to satisfy his needs; which at the moment happens to be taking a stroll outside. What reasons does he have to want to stroll through potentially dangerous streets at an unsafe hour? His id. The reason is the he simply wants to engage in activities that fulfill his pleasures. How strong are these desires to fulfill our pleasures?..
