Introduction
In every ten years or more the world experiences a change Something that every one talks about For our elders it was the "cold war", for us it is "terrorism". But what is this menace? What kind of a monster is this that does not need a closet but lives in "offices"? Why is Hollywood showing Arab villains instead of Russians?
In order to answer these questions we need to look at these magical words more closely. We need to define this term more precisely.
Terrorism involves the use or threat of violence and seeks to create fear, not just within the direct victims but among a wide audience. The degree to which it relies on fear distinguishes terrorism from both conventional and guerrilla warfare.
Conventional warfare aims to win through the strength of weapons and involve psychological pressure and guerrilla warfare although relies on terror but its basic aim is to achieve a military victory or some form of propaganda.
