Learning Contract - Learning Need
My learning need is to be able to identify and understand the importance of collaboration amongst professionals working with a stroke patient during rehabilitation, in the hospital. In order for me to achieve this learning need I have read several books, articles, journals and magazines on collaborative care amongst health professional? ... I now believe that these experiences in practice cemented by my research into literature will help achieve this learning need.
