Marketing Research
Whether a company is looking at expanding their business, introducing a new service or product, market research can provide valuable information. In the next couple of pages I will explain the two different methods of market research: Primary Research and Secondary Research.
Primary research is customized to a company's particular needs. By customizing the companies approach such as focus groups, surveys and interviews you can get results that are geared toward your target market or industry. One advantage of primary research is that you can get information on specific questions or problems you needs answered.
