There are many aspects to a story. Some of these aspects are the characters, the
background of certain things, the point of view, and imagery's link to the senses.
Imagery's link to the senses is one that shows a lot about the story. Without imagery in
a story, it's almost impossible to keep the reader interested. It is very important to keep the
reader interested from the beginning, because the main goal is to get your reader to like
the writing. If there is extremely superior imagery in the story, it will be very easy to
imagine exactly what it is that the author is trying to get across. One of the most
successful ways in using imagery is to incorporate the five senses into your work. By
using the five senses, it will give the reader something to use to understand the story
better. When using imagery, it is best to portray the images very vividly in order to get
the fullest attention from the reader.
