Brand Loyalty

In this paper we are going to explain buyer loyalty, what is brand loyalty, and why is brand loyalty important to the bottom line and finally the process to create and maintain brand loyalty. But first we are going to start off with some key issues to keep in mind when trying to turn a product purchaser into a product loyalist since this is where a majority of the product loyalist purchases come from.
First you must come up with a one of the kind product. By doing this you make sure the consumers gets what they are paying for. Second step is be willing to deliver, take the burden off the customer and deliver the products to them. Third would be give them a carrot, something that keeps them coming back like a chance to win a prize, or trade in proof of purchases in for a gift like Marlboro cigarettes does. The next step is knowing your niche target. These are your top twenty percent of customers that make up eighty percent of all sales. The fifth step is stand up for your product, if your buyer does not trust you the will find an alternative brand that they can trust.
