Dear Mrs. Parker Thank you for welcoming me into your new building. Enclosed you will find a check for $15, however, when my daughter asked Jan if parking was included, she said that there was only 1 included. Also a copy of the Chicago’s Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance summary was not included in the letter with the lease. Please forward me a copy or fax it to my daughter at 630-792-4072. I also did a walk through and noted the condition of the apartment, so that I am not held responsible for damage(s) already there.
