At first time, I had no idea with which trial do I need to pick, so I tried to find on the internet but I couldn’t so I asked family members and they told me couple options and I think I’ll interest in the trial which is hold in now, that I can watch and hear about the trial. ... Be cause the trial was didn’t end in those option which family members gave it to me, so I choose Scott Peterson trial. Scott Peterson trial was occurred between December 02~ December 03 and next trial will be hold in January 26th 2004. ... And another important prosecution is that somebody heard the story which Scott and his mystery, Frey, talking on the phone, and he said that Scott talked about the killing Nancy and live with Frey, according to his saying. ... And Scott said that he is innocent couple time during trial. ... And the trial is held in Modesto, California, so it’s unfair to Scott. ... So his lawyer claimed that they needed to have trial out of California.
This trial is still going on, till end of this month or if the judge accepts the claim of Scott Peterson’s lawyer than it could be take more than one month.
