Equality for every citizen of the United States of America is written in to the
United States Constitution. No citizen can be discriminated because of their gender, race,
religion, disability, or for any other reason. This is what our court systems are based upon.
Decisions are made upon evidence, facts, and other proofs which cannot be argued
against. This makes the U.S. court system the epidamy of court systems around the world.
Anyone accused of a crime in the United States of America receives a fair trial, while if a
person committed a crime in a different country they are discriminated because of their
gender, race, religion, disability, or other reason. This makes the United States of
America the greatest nation in the world.
