THE FIRST EVALUATION OF A CLIENT :
When initially meeting with a new client, it is ideal to perform a series of tests and gather information from the client. This is to insure an accurate evaluation of the client’s current physical shape; to understand any medical weakness that might affect them during exercise and to determine a correct path that meets both the goals of the client and yourself. In the process of reaching such conclusion as described, Trainers need to set up a step by step procedure, that tests the client in present fitness levels, health, and motivations they reach for.
