Is what McGill doing fair? No, I don’t think what McGill is doing is fair. Universities don’t offer the same qualification but what they all are trying to do, is to get the best students from every applicant pool and get students about the same level. But recently, some reasons has made McGill, which is one of the famous universities in North America, consider more about Ontario applicants as minimum grades required for admission have been higher for Ontarian students than applicants from the rest of Canada. In my opinion, it’s not fair to make difference between students from Ontario and students from other provinces as they all are in a similar and defined education system and have the same rights.
