I disagree with the statement that "The world would be better off if all individuals had to process the meat they eat." By doing this millions of workers jobs would be lost. The people who work at factories such as maple leaf, meat shops, etc., would be left with no work. Some of the people who have done factory work like this for most of there lives may not have any other skills that what they do, making it hard for many to find any other jobs.
Another reason why I strongly disagree with this statement is because some people may not survive doing this. There are certain people in this world that would never touch a dead animal and go through the process if their lives depended on it. These people are those who grew up in the city all their lives. They will be so used to living the city life that this wouldn't appeal to them whatsoever. These are the kind of people who buy take out all the time, and enjoy shopping at grocery stores and buying packaged food...
