I am going to start on the subject of food. I love that subject. Food
in Kenya is made up mostly of African and Indian recipes. Some of their
favorites include Ugali, groundnut soup, stews, and kebabs. Ugali is
porridge made from cornmeal or millet flower. A lot of spices and
coconut are used in Kenya. Some Indian foods that are often eaten with
meals are pilau rice, samosas, and chapatis. Maybe someday I'll try
some of this food. They also have a lot of tea. They like it hot and
sweet...
