Introduction
Mimic, replication, or simulation, all these words can be derived or are synonyms. Copying can be regarded as a norm in human society; therefore it has to be encountered under the laws of industry, trade, schools to suit the circumstances. In South Africa, a person is entitled to learn from a competitor and to copy pitches and patch of ones's ideas, unless there is some reason that prohibits the copying. Statutory

A trademark act was established by registration via certain acts which were established in the 60's up until today due to fluctuation. Copyright act allows unregistered rights to be protected and does this as a reward for creativity, this means that copyright owners restrain or can restrain unauthorized copying. The copyright legislation of South Africa is parallel and extensionally similar to foreign copyright, e.g. British copyright act of 1911.
