The Natural was a movie that showed many aspects of life, how it can go from high to low in a matter of seconds. And how no matter what, if you have a dream you can build on it at anytime. The movie put out two other good points as well, one being " Life is a tragedy full of joy", and " we have two lives- the one we learn with and the life we live after that". I think they are two very true statments but i believe that " Life is a tragedy full of joy" gets better use in this movie.
Roy Hobbs (played by Robert Redford) was a young boy with a gift from god, to play baseball. He played all through out his young years, and continued till he was at a colligete age. He was asked to go up and try out for the Pro's, so with hope on one shoulder and an angel on the other he set off, on his first train ride ever, to try out and hopefully make it to the big leagues. On his way up, he met a very pretty young lady. Its was destinys doom. After a while if talking, she suduced him with her glamor and fashion...
