1. In my current position, I am fully or partially responsible for managing and assuring the timely completion of numerous short-term and long-term tasks and projects. I am task oriented and want to keep OCR tasks and projects flowing smoothly to completion. I enjoy identifying problems and finding new ways to tackle them. I take any opportunity presented to me to think and work creatively. Because I have been at OCR for well over a decade and worked in a number of capacities throughout the organization, I have a breath of knowledge that enables me to quickly size up the amount of time a task or project should take. I am able to quickly identify the individuals whose assistance and cooperation will be needed and delegate accordingly. Because I am a committed team member who is ready to contribute when others need assistance with tasks and projects for which they are responsible, I am able to marshal the personnel and resources necessary to make progress and complete projects promptly.
