After closely observing and comparing the four gospels of Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John to Jesus' death, the amount of similarity happening between the four was actually remarkable. However, why should there be four of practically the same story within one book? Certainly, the stories enable readers to see the event from different perspectives, but for the minor differences that appear within the stories, those may cause controversy about the authenticity.
The main segments of the story that are absolutely in harmony start with the idea of Jesus being offered for crucifixion. Jesus arrives in Golgotha. The moment of crucifixion occurs in all four gospels. Soldiers separate his clothes. Jesus verbally claims last words. Two people are also crucified beside Jesus. Jesus' body is handed over to Joseph and his body is wrapped up in linen where he is then buried inside his tomb...
