My friends and I go to a playschool, even though we are fifth-formers. The reason why we call our school a 'play' school is because of the much free time and less studying done in class. It is most likely a going-to-school-for-nothing kind of thing. Not that the teachers do not teach or anything, they do. They just give a wee bit more freedom than accustomed.
We took advantage of that independence we got of course, and quite apparently, who wouldn't? the somewhat 'policy' of the school is to educate the form fives and treat them as such that they get the same treatment when they reach colleges and universities (that is, if they ever will!). Students will get a better feel and realize that at higher institutions, it is not a matter of spoon-feed learning anymore. And so they say...
