When you hear the phrase "The Jazz Age", what do you think of? The jazz age not only dealt with music but life as well as books. There were lots of writers in the Jazz Age some of them were Langston Hughes, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Robert Frost.
A short description of "The Jazz Age" is described as the period that in the U.S. extended roughly from the Armistice of 1918 to the stock-market crash of 1929. It was notable for increased prosperity, liberated or hedonistic social behavior, Prohibition and the development and dissemination of jazz and ragtime and associated ballroom dances.
