It has yet to be spoken that one poem is the same as another. They have elements of literature that are the identical and some that are dissimilar. The literary works "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost, "If" by Rudyard Kipling and "O Captain! My Captain" by Walt Whitman are some prime representations of this. The author's alliteration usage, the theme portrayed and the plot can have the greatest effect on a reader whether they are comparable or diverse.
Throughout each poem, there are usages of alliteration affecting the piece. In Frost's work, he uses the line "wanted wear". The Ws are repeated therefore, alliteration. Likewise, Kipling's piece also uses the same consonant repetition, "will which". Whitman dispenses "flag is flung" to create alliteration...
