The Words Capital Punishment brings up many different opinion and lots of debate. So much so that the actual meaning is lost behind carefully word arguments and rhetorical questions, Capital Punishment or also referred to as the Death Sentence. Corporal Punishment is its most extreme you dont just punish the person, you kill them. ... I’m sure you could rationalize it to yourself but what if you found out later on that you convicted the wrong person, as has happened at least 8 times during the time span of capital punishment in America. ... To have you right to freedom, something that war after war has been fighting for just removed, to have to live with what society considers the filth of the community, this sounds like a pretty harsh punishment to me.
