Today , economy has many variations(bien dong). The huge & powerful corporations are eager to invest in viet nam more &more .To begin a business,vietnamese merchants cope with difficulties, but if they can get to understand the situation & the methods to be suitable for a young industry To me, if I were to start a business , what should I do? - first, I will identify how much money is in my account . if my resources of capital (nguon von) were not much , certainly , my company’scale(quy mo) is small &weak .But how to use it efficiently to bring to me profits yearly is just important. - Second,I have to seek believable partners to be able to co-operate permanently. When I can do this , prices will decrease. This will be a big advantage to attract clients. - Third, itâ’s uneasy to utilize thoroughly machines& human resource .So, what I can do to motivate output (cong suat) to the maximum point is term of bonuses (tien thuong) for labourers at the end of quarters or at the end of year.
