English Research Assignment ．Sexual Harassment・ Sexual harassment is an offence that is a re-occurring problem in today・s workplace. In spite of tough resent laws put in place, staggering percentages of employees are still being affected. Perhaps a different method of prevention may need to be looked at before this problem can be brought to an end. Sexual harassment was originally a legal definition composed to bring an end to harassment and discrimination of women in the workplace but now it has been redefined and extended in accordance to legislation and court decisions to cover men, women and minors in the school and the workplace. Essentially, sexual harassment is the continuation of an unwelcome sexual advance, requests for a sexual favor or a verbal / physical conduct of a sexual nature.
