WHAT IS MARKETING?
If you were to open a Macquarie Dictionary the meaning of marketing would read: 1. the total process whereby goods are put on to the market. 2. the act of buying or selling in a market. 3. shopping for food and daily necessities: to do the marketing.
However, this meaning provides limitations, Marketing is a very broad subject to encompass and to find one distinct meaning is very hard. Most people define marketing as selling or advertising. This is true in a sense but marketing is much greater than this...
