Smokeless Tobacco
Smokeless tobacco often has the reputation of being the safe alternative to cigarette smoking. This is far from the truth. An average dip of tobacco provides same amount of nicotine as four cigarettes. Chew and snuff are both forms of smokeless tobacco. All brands are harmful and are just as addictive as cigarettes. This tobacco use, which has been around for centuries, is life threatening and causes numerous different heath problems.
Native Americans were the first to introduce tobacco. Initially tobacco was smoked in pipes but later became snuffed or chewed. Snuff is finely ground tobacco and is the most popular form of smokeless tobacco (National Cancer Institute)...
