Exercising
We hear and read about the importance of exercise, the reasons to exercise and the benefits of exercising. It has been associated with health and science has confirmed with overwhelming evidence the link between health and exercise, but yet, laziness, lack of time due to work or family commitments, lack of facilities and cost of gym membership prevents many of us from including exercise in our daily routine.
Before I offer you a refreshing approach to exercise, let us see what exercise really is: exercise is doing programs and workouts to keep fit, for example, jogging, hiking, cycling, or any active sport. Regular activity can improve on your health, the way you look and feel and can also help you maintain a healthy weight. It is important to treat our body well. Let us face it- it is the only one we have got. So today, I am going to inform you about the benefits of exercising and persuade you to exercise regularly.
Regular physical exercise can:
Increase your level of muscular strength
Increase muscular endurance
Increase your stamina
Improve the functioning of your immune system
Improves body composition by burning fat
Increases or maintains your bone density
Maintains or improves joint integrity
Reduces the risk of heart attacks
Lowers high blood pressure
Maintains healthy blood sugar levels
And reduces high cholesterol
Despite the strong case for staying active, many people find it difficult to adapt their daily lives to incorporate physical activity. With cars on all driveways and the decline in the number of physically active jobs, 70% of the adult population is sufficiently inactive to be classed as sedentary.
