In today's economy there is much pressure on large companies to cut spending and increase revenue. This means that there must be a re-evaluation of the companies spending habits. Unfortunately, one of the largest costs in a large company is the labor hours. Due to this fact, many companies are forced to either downsize or lose money. The flipside to this is there is a large amount of work that must be accomplished by the employees that are left. This is especially true in the technology departments. So, many companies are forced to fill the labor gap elsewhere.
