Diversity
There are so many ways in which diversity is thought out the military. This paper is only going to cover two of them; the differences in skills and abilities and gender differences. Diversity is a big part in any workforce and is something that many people will have to overcome.
The differences in skills and abilities in the Air Force depend on many different things. First there is how many years a person has been in that field. Many people change fields every three years or so. These people don't have the same skills and abilities as a person who has been in the field for many years. Depending on a persons rank depends on what position that person will end up in. Most people that come out of their training have a three for their skill level. This doesn't always mean that people with a three skill level starts out at the bottom of the latter...
