Racism in To Kill a Mockingbird

Have you ever encountered a situation that dealt with race? ... There are many more examples than what I have listed, and each of the others could and probably is a form of racism.

I looked up the definition of "racism" in the dictionary. There it said racism was a belief that some races are by nature superior to others-, which leads to discrimination. I agree with this definition but I personally would say that racism is to treat people in certain ways in accordance to their skin color.

Although racism doesnt appear to have the same effect on me now, as it would have in the past, it is still a big factor in our world today. ... These all are some ways myself and people around me are affected by racism.

In To Kill a Mockingbird, I can think of two situations of racism that stand out. ...
