Functional
Cutting edge design has been devised to create a comfortable and powerful women's suit. The versitile three piece suit consisting of a semi-fitted jacket, stepped micro skirt and stunning red silk obi belt are functionally able to be accompanied with other garments or be worn as a corporate outfit.
This is a functional outfit that can be worn to work, displaying a very professional look.
Jacket- The jacket has several functions. The most important is to keep the individual warm, inwhich a heavy woven material was employed.
Buttons are the most practical way of keeping the jacket closed and fitting close to the body, they are also used in the cuffs.
Darts and panelling are used to closely fit the jacket closer to the body to create a tailored effect and show feminine curves in a masculine garment.
Skirt- The skirts functions are used to maintain the feminine classy aspects of suits. The length is an important aspect of the overall skirts design. Being very short in length it gives the outfit a sexy vibe which in the workplace is usually never shown, it therefore plays on the idea of women in power in corporate places...
