"Knowledge is Power" is one of the major proverbs that I always stick to in my life. In fact, the learning process in my dictionary should never stop and should not be biased with work. A cornerstone of my personality is that I like to know more in my field, which is investment banking, directly and indirectly and raise the bar of my knowledge, so that the mixture of experience with knowledge leads to professionalism.
In realty, I have started the mission towards becoming a professional from the early stages of education, since I was always been ranked in the top 5% performing students. In 1998, after I graduated from the University of Bahrain with a Bachelor of Science, I started my working career and proved to be well performing as a natural reflection of my achievements in my study career.
I am enjoying 6 years of working experience with local and international firms such as Merrill Lynch International Bank where I gained most of my current experience. Also, I continued my learning process by taking short courses locally at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance that were directly related to my filed of expertise which is Investment Banking. Furthermore, after passing an internationally recognized exam, which is the Series 7 exam that is directly related to investment banking, I jumped more than one step towards my aim of becoming a professional in investment banking. Consequently, I am licensed as a registered General Securities Representative with the National Association of Securities Dealers, Chicago Board of Exchange, and Philadelphia Exchange.
