Jackie
Dogs in this country live the lives that people in other parts of the world would envy. Jackie is a very good-looking black-bellied German shepherd, which belongs to my brother in New Jersey. When it comes to Jackie, no one in our family likes to address him as a dog. Jackie enjoys good food and shelter, excellent health care, and physical activities.
Jackie enjoys good food and shelter that most pets wouldn't dream of. My parents saw Jackie as one of their own sons, when they were living with my brother in New Jersey. Jackie gets two square meals a day before he goes to bed and is treated like a king. He gets his food served in a bowl or plate, even before we eat our food. Apart from the regular canned dog food, he enjoys table food almost daily. He has a big dog-house in our backyard, equipped with windows, an air cooler for summer and a small portable heater for winter...
