Dress codes are more prevalent in our society today than in previous years. The workplace is the biggest arena that uses dress codes. Are dress codes necessary? In order to provide a comfortable atmosphere for employees to work, assure their safety, and project a suitable image to the public, I believe that dress codes should be in place and establish the type of business that you are conducting.
I work in a corporate office. As a result, we have a strict dress code. The dress code for the week is business casual. That means slacks and dress shirts for the men and slacks or skirts and blouses for the women...
