Freedom of Choice:
Not true, there is no freedom of choice because of the 2 following reasons:
1. A choice can only be made when the person is given two views and is allowed to make an informed choice. But in this case this is simply not true because the person is not able to make an informed choice, as he is not given the other perspective. In most cases, there is no statutory warning neither is there nutritional information on the food. Hence the freedom of choice does not exist. Most often, the so-called "choice" is a biased one, with only one point of view and thus results in misleading information being put across, and the person does not make a choice totally based on his own free will but rather under influence. In addition, they are not giving the people to nutritional information or statutory warnings that tell that this food may be bad and may cause harm to their health. Hence the person is not allowed to make the choice as he is not given the chance to see whether this food is good for you or not.
2. In most cases, the person is mislead into buying such food items...
