Greetings from your 2004 Family Reunion Planners!
We hope that your summer is going well. We know that those of you who were able to make it enjoyed yourselves in Chicago.
Enclosed are copies of the draft agenda for your review, and other information that we need to make our next reunion a success. Please see the examples of the contact info sheet and records search forms. We need these forms returned ASAP in order to contact everyone and begin our genealogical search for the family history and family tree. You can elect (or draft) one person from each family to be a contact person and to complete the information if you like, just as long as we can account for every family member. Make as many copies as you need, or let us know and we can send them directly to persons needing them.
We would like for you to think about volunteering to serve as a "Family Liaison" for all of the families in your immediate area, or as a "State Captain" for your state. Committee members are also needed for various areas, so be sure to let us know if you have a special gift in an area or desire to serve in any way (before the drafting begins)...
