Several centuries ago, most human being lived in rural areas, they were depended on agriculture and hunting. However nearly half of the world population lives in urban areas now. This number is expected to increase dramatically in the future. Moreover most of this increase occurs in developing countries. Urbanization usually accompanies social and economic development. In order to find better jobs and a better life, people move from rural areas to cities. In cities, they can get more social services such as education, sanitation and entertainment.
