The poor management techniques at Calwest need to be addressed. Training programs, focused on should be implemented for the employees at Calwest. These programs should touch on all levels including senior management, junior management, and the employees.
There are numerous issues that the organization needs to address in order to better the situation. The primary matters surrounding Henry's case are that there is a lack of management training and offensive behavior directed towards other employees. Also Henry's attitudes and assessments of Calwest Mortgage contribute significantly toward his attitude.
Henry believes that Calwest's company culture is determined not by trust and collaboration but by deceit and personal achievement. His actions, such as the taped conversations, shows a clear lack of trust with his associates. He demonstrates feelings of being scrutinized or perhaps looked down upon, and as a result, has managed poorly.
