The connection between the social class and education is made relative in the
public eye and does take a large part I you're success but is not really as important as
the steps you have to take in using your education to succeed. The social class structure
is designed to inform and position everyone in today's society. I take two positions in
my opinion on education and class structure because in many ways these two support one
another and in other ways they are used to program everyone into thinking that if you
take a certain path in life you will automatically move up towards becoming apart of the
1% class.
Education takes a big part in a person's success. It is a fact that to be successful
you have to study and not only learn but know your past and also know about the past of
other cultures as well. Being successful means that you have to stay updated with the
present so that you can have an idea of what the future holds, and all of this comes from
education. Once again sometimes an education does not guarantee progress in the class
structure but it helps a lot.
Social Class is a structure that everyone is placed in and then they are stereotyped
on certain things that they do. There are six different levels in the social class structure,
there is the capitalist class, upper middle class, lower middle class, working poor, and
underclass...
