But another father can not pay one single dime, and ORS doesn’t give a rat’s ass. How is it that you can go to a bar, have two beers and get pulled over for DUI and go to jail. But another person can habitually get slammed, get picked up for their 6th DUI and still receive just alcohol assessment. Why is it that you can go to a bar, have a couple of drinks, and do the smart thing and not drive home but walk there.
