Management Planning and Ethics
In my review of the planning function of management within my organization I was surprised to find that there is a lot more that goes on behind the scenes than meets the eye. As a relatively new manager within the J&J Materials Corporation I am continually finding new legal issues that must be addressed and dealt with on a daily basis. I'm often in contact with the main office, researching what the company stand is on particular issues. Then, taking that information and appropriately acting on behalf of the company to enforce those policies.
