Patriotism
To me patriotism is the love for the country or the dedication that you show to those of us that are fighting for the freedom of the American people. Not only does it have to do for us fighting but those that have faught in the past. It is something that is just not given. I believe it's something you have to earn.
Well first off I didn't have much patriotism when I joined the army. Actually I didn't have any patriotism. Joining the Army instilled the patriotism in me. It's very weird how one day you don't think much of the things that go on in the world, and then the next day something terrible happens and you soon realize that shit has hit home. Everyday I wake up its for my wife, future kids, and my family. There are several factors why I joined the Army...
