Executive Summary
Kinko's is the number one quick printing company in the United States and competes worldwide as well. Kinko's regional manager for Louisiana describes the company as a one-of-a-kind fun place to be. This is possible because numerous individuals have discovered the convenience of going to a local Kinko's to make copies of any sort. The company offers Xerox machines and other types of copy machines that compliment the surrounding areas needs. For example the Tulane campus supplies machines that aid the students needs rather than those of an area that contains small businesses. The most important characteristic that Kinko's has is its dedication to customer service. It is very clear that the managers and employees strive to make their customers satisfied so they continue to come back and become loyal and familiar. Often a first name basis is derived between employees and repeat customers. One other thing that supports their dedication to customer service is the fact that most quick print chains are franchised, meaning they have different owners for each store, and Kinko's avoids this "to ensure tight control over quality at its outlets."
