Ethics, what are ethics? Ethics can not really be defined by one simple definition although roughly an overview of ethics can be provided. Ethics are a set of values and rules that defines right and wrong.
Ethics can be broken down into four forces that can determine what is right or wrong. Societal Norms, laws and regulations, organizational practices, culture and individual perspective( Hellriegel, Jackon Slocum 161).
Societal Norms are basically what we as a society deem is acceptable or not. For the most part society agrees on issues which are ethical or right and which is unethical or wrong. These issues are usually put int laws or regulation. Laws are simply our believes enforced. Society as a whole believes that a company cannot, not hire someone based on race, thus anti decimation laws have been put int effect...
