Without law, society in Australia will be corrupted. As in everything would be unfair, unjust and everything woe. No one / nothing would be treated fairly and justly, crime would be committed every second of the day. But luckily Australia is a well developed nation commercially, politically and socially. The laws that regulate a state or a legally organized community are known as a legal system. Australia's legal system is known as a common law system. This system is based on the English model which was inherited by those countries whose developed was influenced by British colonialism, in particular the Commonwealth countries and the United States. This essay will focus on the Australian Legal System and how effective it is.
Firstly, do you think Australia's Legal System is effective? With everything past and present that has happened, burglary, rape, murder, robbery, gang warfare, vandalism etc, we cannot absolutely stop all these, because who is going to stop it?..
