1. INTRODUCTION
Let us pause for a moment in today's dynamic society and ponder the wonders of the human experience; we discover the extremes of fear and glory. Ancestors of ours battled through the vast waves of war, oppression, hunger, disease, and despair, which remains constant today as humans continue to ride and battle these waves of life. It is the actual struggle that has molded and defined who humans really are, as we continue to learn life in island realities, behind boundaries of increasingly complex design. However, a certain element is always occurring. Humans routinely communicate and create with one another in an ever more boundary-less world. The paradigm shift takes place and proves to be a choppy wave for the millions of displaced workers, manufacturers of obsolete products and providers of outdated services. The question remains How do we motivate ourselves to go beyond the expected, to improve and innovate?
