We Are All Prejudice
Through out my whole life I thought that I was a pretty good guy. ... At first I didn’t, but the more and more I read these two essays the more I came to the conclusion that everyone is prejudice, even me!
I am sure you are thinking that you are not prejudice and that I am a jerk for even saying it, but after some careful thought and consideration I have made my decision. ... But aren’t we all? ... Aren’t we all bigoted? ... We are all prejudice.
Growing up, I’m sure we were taught by our parents (maybe) not to be prejudice, racist or whatever you want to call it, and those of you who have kids have probably taught them as well. ... It is a subconscious thing that we all do. ... You are just driving along and minding you own business, when all of the sudden you get pulled over for speeding. ... So it is with prejudice. ...
I might be digging myself in a whole here, but I think both authors have very good points about racism and prejudice. ... People are prejudice.
